Refund policy
In Store Purchase Return Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds will not be issued for change of mind. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, valid for three months from the issue date. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify for exchange. If you exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid in full. For items exchanged for lesser value, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit, valid for three months.
Returns (Online)
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund on full-priced items purchased online.
Items eligible for return must be shipped within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are offered on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Returns must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Please seal your return in the original box with your order invoice. If using another box, ensure it is well padded to prevent damage.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.
Returns Process
1. Submit a Return: Please email info@hceyecare.com.au to advise us of the item you wish to return.
2. You will receive an email with return instructions to include in your package.
3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, together with your completed returns form.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability once your return is received by Customer Care. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone. HC Eyecare is not liable for loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and retaining your tracking number. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
