OPSM offers free delivery and returns for all online orders within Australia. Delivery is normally 4-6 business days. Prescription orders are usually delivered within 9-12 days from receiving prescription information. We deliver between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Additionally, OPSM now offers the option to collect your online order in store for free at your preferred location. You can also now buy online and return your order in store. However, please check the store locator to ensure that your local OPSM accepts returns in store.
A prepaid returns shipping label and returns form are included with all OPSM online orders. Once you have contacted us, simply fill out the returns form, repack the item(s) in the original packaging, and post.
